Understanding the process
The first step involved conducting a workshop to evaluate the redesign of the watch section in the Sky Sports Racing app.
Participants engaged in discussions about the transition from the previous basic design, which featured only one video, to the new design, which includes live streams, replays, highlights, and recorded blogs. Additionally, participants explored the introduction of different subscription tiers to assess user reactions and preferences.
Key learnings indicate that while certain aspects of the new watch section design satisfy users, improvements in search functionality, video playback controls, customization options, personalization features, and subscription benefits communication are essential for a more satisfying and user-friendly experience in the Sky Sports Racing app.
After gaining some initial insights into the gaming process, I decided to participate in gaming workshops to deepen my understanding and experience about the situation.

Based on the findings, it is essential to enhance the situation for horse racing enthusiasts by addressing the identified shortcomings in the research and transforming them into opportunities.

This allowed us to observe the enhancements in user experience and functionality, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of the design changes.

Problem: Users are currently limited to placing only one bet at a time, restricting their options and potentially reducing engagement with the platform.
How to Solve: Introduce multiple betting opportunities across different operators to provide users with more flexibility and choice. Additionally, implement a feature that displays accumulators and multiples from various bookmakers, facilitating easy comparison of prices.

- Develop a system allowing users to place multiple bets across different operators simultaneously.
